I finally love their room:) My dad had painted it green..and I always hated the color but didn't feel like (or know how to paint) so I just let it be. Then one day I got super brave and ambitious ...the same day I bought brown paint that is now on my carpet... and painted it yellow! With help from my sister Lindsay I think I kind of know how to paint now, and I am so glad. It feels so happy in their room now- usually messy- but happy!
...and possibly the cutest thing I've ever seen was this...
...baking crackers...those cute little stinks!

oh my gosh. that is hilarious. It's amazing what they know. AND...I love the yellow. I loved having my room yellow while i grew up...it is such a bright and happy color!

the color is adorable. i too grew up with yellow walls in my room! it really is a darling room and looks like a girls heaven.

My girl's rooms have always been painted yellow. It's totally my fave. It makes for a happy place to be, right? It looks so good. And what were you going to paint brown??? (Besides your carpet, that is).

Okay, this is really random, and I totally came across your blog from Kellee's. But anyway, I work at Brigham Hospital and was there when you delivered your twins. I remember how cute you and your husband were with you little girls. Congrats on having another baby! Good Luck!
