Six days later they are still singing Happy Birthday to themselves....and occasionally to Emma who we celebrated her birthday a few days before theirs. How funny! Here are some pictures from the day- It was so fun to celebrate them the whole day even if they didn't understand completely. What they did love was all the treats, presents, and mostly a lot of the people they love most! That is one thing about Lauren and Hallie is how much they LOVE people. They get so excited to see friends and family...so that's what I wanted for them on their birthday:)

Of course they began the day as puppies. We have 2 dogs next door named Riley and Dimer. Well that's what they've been calling each other lately....and the best part is...if I say "Dimer, come get your hair done." They come. "Riley, let me brush your teeth." I get to. etc... Whatever works! I will call them my little puppies as long as they do what I ask:)

Cupcake party:) I wish all of you who came would have taken many cupcakes home...I just threw lots away...I made batches and batches of cupcakes....p.s. notice no pictures of my girls in the picture frames? woops. who does that? a busy mom with two 2 year olds??? guess so:)

The CUPCAKE "Cake" I'm not the froster of the year by any means... but it was cute, and the sad part is they had eaten so many cupcakes with the kids by the time they should have blown out candles and eaten this....we didn't. rude hu! Well- it's still in my fridge so maybe tomorrow I'll let them dive in:)

see that apron behind those messy hands? I MADE them:) Yes... I will have to post a better picture of them. but I did- and it was fun, and to be honest it was a weird sense of fulfillment making a gift for them. They turned out cute and matched the party wonderfully!

presents...

really? how cute is that lei and those glasses? good job jess:)

my pretty little birthday princess Hallie

The slide my parents gave them. They love it! & a fun way to end the day!!! Thanks to all who came and are so nice to my babies!
* I really didn't get that many picture of the day...oh well:)

what q.t's!
How cute Chelsea...you are dang creative. I can't believe how big your girls are. I am remembering back to when you were prego, and now you're prego again! time flies :)
Looks like they had so much fun! You did such a good job on the party...it looked adorable. LOVE the cupcakes and aprons! You are just little Martha Stewart.
the party was so cute and fun! thanks for the invite. =)
here's how to go big:
resize the pics to the exact actual size that you want in on your blog (I did -image resize, enter 400 pixels for your width and then the hight auto adjusts, which fits the amount of space allowed on the blog perfectly). Then post them on flickr, photobucket, one of those online things- I did flickr. On flickr after it's posted, click in the pic you want to post, then click on "all sizes" and then it will pull up the actual size and give you the html to copy and paste onto your blog. It sounds complicated, but I don't think it takes much longer than uploading straight to blogger, because you can upload all your pick onto flickr at once, and you don;t have to worry about psycho blogger working or not. I always have trouble uploading!
p.s. I will send you some of my pics from their party!
How cute of a mom are you!? Love the cupcake theme! Your girls are precious.
I can't believe they are one already! What a fun party, you are such a great mom!
Oh brother! You are pathetic & way overboard! OK...so maybe I wish I had a little more of you in me because sometimes my kids are lucky if they get cake & ice cream. I'm working on it, but really the pictures are super cute & I'm sad I had to miss out on all the fun!
