St. George

Can I just say...there is NO place like home! I walked through my door and could have cried. I'm guessing it's because I pretty much left one big fat nightmare, but still I just love being home. I love my own stuff, my house, and mostly my own carpet:) Anyway, I am happy to say that today my girls are finally better! It was a really rough week on all of us! We actually ended up leaving a day early just because we'd had enough. I guess all get-a-ways can't be perfect right!?! Well here are some pictures of the week anyway....

DAY 1-4:
THIS is just what it looked like. Sick babies....pretty sad, and you can thank me for not getting pictures of the puddles of throw up and diarrhea everywhere. I SERIOUSLY feel bad for the next people who have to stay in that room. I think they should have burned the whole room!
Poor Hallie trying to get out a smile for the camera....That's what you do right!?!

DAY 4: Finally we were so sick of our room we went and got dinner and ate it at the park! It was so nice to be breathing fresh air, and seeing a few minutes of the sunshine:)

Hallie was still really sick, so she mostly just snuggled on the blanket.. poor girl!

Lauren...still looking a little homely made it over to the playground:)

DAY 5: YEAH! Only battling the diarrhea we braved the canyon. I tried getting those plastic panties to put over their diapers to at least trap it all in, but they were GIANT. Luckily for us we made it out of their pretty good! Ryan's parents also came that day, which always is nice for help! They actually took the girls for a couple hours that night so Ryan and I could go to dinner. SO NICE! We are so lucky and LOVE them! Here are some pictures of Snow Canyon, so pretty!

and finally....thank you to who ever decided T.V's in the car was a great idea....I think you saved mine and my children's lives!!! and by the way...I am SO glad to be HOME:)

those were so sad...it made me feel sick to see the first picture. One of them is crying on teh bed...and I just wanted to cry for her. I hate the flu! Little kids shouldn't have to get it. I had it a few weeks ago and WOULD NOT STOP whining to jarom for almost 4 days. I'm glad your home...and I am really excited to spend time together this week. Talk to you soon!

Oh that makes me sad. Poor babies. But mostly poor you. Life is hard when you have sick kids - especially when you have two of them! I'm so tired of this winter and all the sickness. I didn't know their hair was that long (it must always be pulled back) and the one where Hallie is trying to smile for the camera, she looks just like Emory. Maybe their is some Evans/Jeppesen gene connection that we missed, because I swear our kids shouldn't look alike. And I love the yellow blanket. So glad you got it back. Let's do a play date this week.

Oh poor babies! They look miserable. I'm glad they're feeling better! They have so much hair now! I can't believe it. And only you would take their girls to the canyon in cute little skirts! So cute! We miss you guys!

Poor Poor Chels! That is so rough...especially when it was so warm and tempting in St. George! If it makes you feel any better, Nathan is throwing up now:( This is not fun. I don't know how you did it with TWO babies! You amaze me. Welcome home!!

I'm so sorry! That is aweful and nothing is worse than watching your kids throw up. (and cleaning it up for that matter) I'm glad you guys are home and that they are feeling better but that's a bummer they had to be sick on your trip.

how sad! I am glad you're all home and doing better! Nothing is worse than being sick on vacation. BTW- this is the only time I have ever seen your girls without their hair in bows! I almost didn't recognize them! They are so adorable, sick or not!

OH!!! Those babies are SO big! I seriously hardly even recognize them, with their hair all long and laying down!!! :) Poor, poor sick things. That is so sad. The pics from the canyon are gorgeous! Wow! Glad to hear your home and happy. Kiss those angels for their Aunt Leslie!

What a fun time YOU had! You had sickness TIMES TWO! It takes special people to have twins and make it look like a breeze! And you do just that! Glad the girls are doing better and still as cute and stylish as ever!
